Powder Coating

At our facility, we ensure high-quality powder-coated finishes through a meticulous and efficient process. Our powder coating process includes the following key steps:

Cleaning and Degreasing: Each part undergoes thorough cleaning and degreasing by hand. This step ensures that all contaminants, such as oils, dirt, and residues, are removed from the surface. A clean surface is crucial for achieving a strong bond between the powder coating and the part.

Powder Application in Static Chamber: We apply the powder coating using an advanced static chamber technique. This method helps in conserving powder while ensuring even and consistent application. The powder, charged with static electricity, adheres uniformly to the electrically grounded parts, covering all surfaces efficiently.

Curing Process: The coated parts are then moved to our curing oven, which measures 2600 x 1600 x 1050 mm. In this oven, the powder undergoes a process called "pulverisation," where it melts and forms a smooth, hard finish. The oven is precisely controlled to maintain optimal temperatures and curing times, ensuring that the powder coating is durable, aesthetically pleasing, and resistant to wear and corrosion.
